STAFF INFORMATION

 

Terren Roloff - Director, Community Relations • (509) 354-7338

  • Reports to the Superintendent
  • Supervises the Community Relations Department which includes the volunteer program, special events, recognitions, marketing, video productions, and media relations
  • Serves as the media spokesperson for Spokane Public Schools
  • Edits district publications
  • Serves as a liaison to a variety of community groups

Kristy Mylroie - Communications Specialist • (509) 354-7387

  • Writes district publications and brochures
  • Writes and distributes news releases
  • Assists with media requests

Leslie Summers - Marketing & Special Events Specialist • (509) 354-7363

  • Develops marketing programs that compliment Spokane Public Schools’ strategic plan
  • Fosters sponsorship and support from local business community to promote interest and participation in district programs
  • Works with outside agencies/business to promote and market the excellence of Spokane Public Schools
  • Works with office staff to become effective public relations ambassadors and great communicators for their school
  • Coordinates award and recognition programs for staff

Robin Fiorillo - Volunteer Specialist • (509) 354-7277

  • Supervises volunteer program
  • Markets volunteer program to community groups, schools, and colleges
  • Recognizes outstanding volunteers
  • Assists with special events and recongnitions

Jennifer Gonzales - Community Relations Secretary • (509) 354-7340

  • Oversees the daily operations of Community Relations and Volunteer Services, providing secretarial support to the department
  • Assists with special events

Mona Sweigart - Community Relations Secretary • (509) 354-5900

  • Provides receptionist services and administrative support
  • Provides point of contact for Administration Building room scheduling
  • Directs and routes school district inquiries
  • Manages volunteer background checks
  • Supports the Community Relations department
