Voter Service Centers available on Election Day

Just a reminder: Mail-in ballots for the school levy election need to be postmarked by March 14. Be sure to use a 39-cent stamp.

Also, the Spokane County Auditor’s Office will open five Voter Service Centers on March 14 to help voters in the Special Election. Voters will be able to drop off voted ballots and get replacement ballots and envelopes in the event that their original ballot was lost or damaged.

The Voter Service Centers will only be open on Election Day, March 14, from 7:00 am to 8:00 p.m. The Voter Service Centers will be at the following locations:

City Center County Elections Office 1033 W. Gardner Ave.
North Side North Spokane Library 44 E. Hawthorne Rd.
South Hill St. Mark’s Church 316 E. 24 th Ave.
Spokane Valley Center Place 2426 N. Discovery Pl
West Plains St. Anne’s Church 708 E. Lake St., Medical Lake

All Voter Service Centers are on STA Routes and are disability accessible.

Voters who wish to drop off their ballots prior to Election Day may do so at the Spokane County Auditor’s Office on the second floor of the courthouse or the Elections Office at 1033 W. Gardner Ave. between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Voters should NOT attempt to drop off ballots at Voter Service Centers prior to Election Day.

Those who wait until Election Day to mail their ballot should be aware that the U.S. Postal Service does not pick up from most outdoor mailboxes after 5:00 p.m. – that includes those located outside the post office. Voters should be sure to check the pick-up schedule posted on the mailbox to insure a March 14 postmark.

Questions? Call the Spokane County Elections Office at (509) 477-2320 during normal business hours.
