SUMMARY OF REGISTRATION PROCESS

Step 1: If you would like your business to be involved in the Spokane Public Schools Employee Discount Program, please read the Vendor Agreement. Once you agree, click on the "I Agree" checkbox to register. Then click the "Register" button to proceed through the application process.

Step 2: Create a Username and Password account so you can access your information at a later date if necessary. Continue to complete the Vendor Registration form, i.e. Vendor Information, Representative Information, Business Category, Description, etc. Remember that all information is necessary! Make sure that you click the "Register" button so the information is submitted to the Benefits department.

Step 3: Please review all information for accuracy. If changes are necessary, please log into your account with your Username and Password, so the Benefits department receives the correct information. (Please read Step 5 for further updating instructions.)

Step 4: You will receive an email confirmation when the Vendor Agreement and Vendor Registration has been submitted to the Benefits department for review. Within three weeks, you will receive an email regarding the approval of your registration. Once approved, Spokane Public School employees will be able to access your discount information on the Vendor Discounts page.

Step 5: If at any time you need to access your online information to make updates or changes, please visit the Vendor Information Update Process page to login to your account. Fill in your Username and Password and please advise us on what exactly you are updating. The Benefits department approval process is not necessary if you are only updating Vendor or Representative information. Any other information that needs updating needs to go through the approval process before it can be displayed on the Vendor Discounts page.
