SCHOOL FACILITY EVENT SERVICES
Devon and Diana are responsible for coordinating
all facility rental and community activities with our own in-district
use by schools and programs. Assists in determining, and approves,
the needs of public and private individuals and groups in selecting
sites, specific venues within the facility, equipment desired, and
support required. Coordinates with appropriate departments within
the district to arrange for custodial coverage, set-up of tables,
chairs, PA or AV equipment, specialized installations and needs,
and physical security of the premises. Click
