OPEN HOUSE IS SEPTEMBER 17th at 6:15 pm
Parents and guardians are invited to attend our annual fall Open House. This is an opportunity for you to meet with your student's teachers, ask questions and become acquainted with our support staff. Students are welcome to attend, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardain at all times.

Students participated in a 9/11 remembrance ceremony today. The entired student body gathered around the flagpole to remember the sacrifices made each and every day by others to preserve and protect our freedoms.

Our fall sports have begun. Softball and cross country have both started but it is not too late for your son or daughter to get involved. In order to be eligible to participate all members must have a physical, insurance and ASB card. Please contact Ms. Gaddy for softball or Mr. Schutz for cross country.

Welcome back! We are off to an exciting start to the new school year. It is fun seeing how the 8th graders have grown since last June and meeting the new 7th graders. We are looking forward to a great year. Keep coming back to our website to stay informed about the many exciting events here at Garry Middle School.

Seventh grade orientation will be held on Thursday August 28th from 6:30 to 7:30. Students are welcome to come and meet other students. Students will also be able to pick up their schedule. Parents are invited to come meet our great staff and find out about the wonderful programs and activities we have here at Garry Middle School.

Leadership students will be headed to Cheweleah Peaks for a fun and exciting leadership camp. Students need to be at school by 7:30 am with their signed permission slip. We will head up north to gain confidence in ourselves and each other. Parents will be able to pick their students up at 2:30 pm.

Student registration is ongoing. Stop by the office to register your student for this upcoming school year. School starts September 2, 2008.
