Q: When will I receive my check?
A: Checks are issued on the last working day of the month. A list is available on our website.
Q: How can I receive a copy of my W-2?
A: W-2's are issued by January 31 each year for the previous tax year. Active employees will recieve their W-2 via intershool mail. Past employees will receive their W-2 via U.S. mail. So please be sure to have an accurate address on file with Human Resources. For
a copy of prior years, you may contact Cindy Sharp at 354-7278 or

Q: How do I change my IRS withholdings?
A: W-4's are available here online, from your site office,
or at the payroll office.
Q: How do I sign up for Direct Deposit? How do I cancel my Direct Deposit?
A: Direct deposit forms are available here online, from your site office, or at the payroll office. A voided check must accompany the form to indicate bank routing numbers. A
written request must be submitted to payroll to cancel direct deposit.
Q: How do I sign up for a TSA 403B? How do I cancel my TSA 403B?
A: TSA forms are available here online, from your site office, or at the payroll office. A broker representative signature (or proof of online enrollment) is required to begin deductions for a TSA. Cancellations
and adjustments are made using the same form.
Q: How do I set up a deduction for my Health Club membership?
A: Those health clubs that participate in our payroll deduction program control the timing and amount of the deductions. Any changes must first be made through the health club, which will in turn notify the district. Participating
health clubs include North Park, Spokane Club, and Global Fitness.
Q: What if I have a change in my personal life (birth, marriage, divorce, death)?
A: A change in family status form must be filled out to accompany any benefit forms that need to be resubmitted. Changes
must be received with 30 days of the event; otherwise, they will
not be processed until open enrollment.
