PAYROLL/BENEFITS STAFF INFORMATION

The Payroll/Benefit department educates and enrolls employees in
health/medical plans and various deductions, conducts the district
wide Benefit Fair, calculates and processes payroll, and provides state and
federal reports as required by law. Employees are paid once a month on the
last working day of the month. The staff listed below has responsibility for
monthly payroll and benefit calculations and processing, in addition to the
duties listed:

Provides support for the payroll/benefit office, answers employee inquiries, report of exceptions, LTD and STD claims, AFLAC and Flexible Savings Accounts. |
