
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
What Advantage Do I Have, if I Pursue Pre-Apprenticeship While
in High School?
- With completion of all required coursework and work shops, you will
be awarded points to be applied toward entrance into the formal apprenticeship
program of your choice following high school graduation.

- You earn as you learn! Beginning wages of $9 to $21 depending on
apprenticeship.
- Various apprenticeship groups to choose from.

- Learning is planned and organized.

How Do I Get Started?
- Talk to your teacher or school counselor to see if this opportunity
is right for you.
- Fill out the Student Pre-Apprenticeship
Application and schedule an interview with the appropriate
teacher.
- Enroll in the CTE or Skills Center classes
that are required during high school.
What’s Required During High School?
Take a minimum of two semesters in any combination:
