Printing & Mail Services provides district-wide full service printing and graphics, supporting graphic design, computer page layout, bindery facilities and digital and offset printing. The Printing & Mail Services can also provide support for most specialty order items. Other responsibilities include the mail services, and coordination of distribution of elementary science kits, Personal Safety and Human Growth & Development kits.

  • Supervise the Printing, Graphics, and Bindery areas
  • Supervise the Science Center Staff and building
  • Supervise the Inter district Mail Services and USPS
  • Coordinate the distribution of Elementary Science, Personal Safety, & HGD kits at the Science Center
  • Arrange for specialty items to be produced

  • Supervise staff in the absence of the supervisor
  • Maintain sufficient supplies for production in the Print Shop
  • Process print requests for billing and completion
  • Create and submit all paperwork for billing, vendors and internal use

Tom Bowers - Graphic Artist, Printing Services • (509) 354-7209

  • Design and produce all art work
  • Conceptualize preliminary designs for customers
  • Production of both hard copy and digital artwork
  • Operate and update computer software as needed for efficient production

Megan Baker - Production/Prepress Assistant, Printing Services • (509) 354-7210

  • Layout jobs for printing both hard copy and digitally
  • Keep filing of originals up to date
  • Organize computer files for customer jobs
  • Operate all computer software programs for word processing and desktop publishing

Mark Kelly - Press Operator, Printing Services • (509) 354-7211

  • Operate all offset presses, cameras and digital copiers
  • Inspect jobs for proper paper, inks, plates, and layout
  • Monitor all equipment for proper operation and arrange service
  • Schedule all offset and copier phases of the work produced

Tammy Girolamo - Press/Bindery Operator, Printing Services • (509) 354-7213

  • Operate all offset presses, cameras and digital copiers
  • Inspect jobs for proper paper, inks, plates, and layout
  • Set up and operate binding equipment to complete jobs
  • Assist with mail when necessary

Diane Griffith-Wilson - Mail Clerk, Mail Services • (509) 354-7215

  • Process all district mail and US mail
  • Operate the US postal machine
  • Distribute all inter district and US mail with in the Ad. Bldg.
  • Arrange mailing of all parcel packages
