The Subway Student-Athlete of the week is Varsity Tennis player Tam Nguyen.  Tam is in four AP classes and has all A's and B's.  She is a two-sport athlete and is a constant joy to have on the Tennis team.  She is on-track to attend WSU next year.  Congratulations Tam!

The Subway "Spirit of a Pirate" award goes to Danika Rising.  She is an A and B student who works hard to keep up in her school work.  She has been a leader in FCCLA and designed a project to help RHS students gain understanding of the problem of human trafficking in Spokane and around the world.  She is also a wonderful mentor and teacher in Early Childhood Education.  Congratulations Danika!

ThoughtStream
We are excited to share with you a new communication tool. ThoughtStream is a quick, simple set of open-ended questions that will be used to collect feedback from the members of our Spokane Public Schools community. Soon after the responses are received, they will be sent back out so everyone can respond to and prioritize them. Then, we will share the final results to help our school and our district move forward in a strategic way.
