Secretarial/Clerical Reclassification Committee Procedure
1. Request the Secretarial/Clerical Reclassification paperwork from Pam Hinderleider in Human Resources.
2. Complete the form in detail, giving good examples and specifics.
3. Forward the completed form to your supervisor to complete their section.
4. Your supervisor should complete and forward the forms to the appropriate Assistant Superintendent for their signature.
5. The forms are then returned to Pam Hinderleider to schedule the Secretarial/Clerical Reclassification meeting and send out the completed Reclassification Request documents to each committee member in advance for review.
6. At the reclassification meeting the information is reviewed, compared, and analyzed based on Level criteria as set forth, in the past, by the committee members.
7. Decision is determined, and the requesting secretary(s) are notified of the committee's joint decision.
