| Security Services is responsible for providing investigatory
services regarding criminal actions determined to be on school district property
and/or buses. Security Services also provides emergency communication and
coordination, management of crisis plans, training of District Resource Officers
in coordination with City of Spokane Police Department and Spokane County
Sheriff's office, and silent building security monitoring of district facilities. |

Provide daily coordination of caseload/school assignments for
District Resource Officers. Ensure communications among district administrative
departments, schools, officers, and supporting agencies. Monitor training,
photo identification, fingerprinting, record keeping, CPTED, and security
system programs. |

Responsible for investigation of criminal activity on school grounds,
coordination with Spokane Police Department and Truancy Officer in elementary,
middle schools and support to high schools.

Responsible for providing documentation of cases, typing of reports,
referral of cases to officers, ensuring day-to-day communications between
schools and security services as well as coordination of emergency operations
and communications during crisis. This position is also responsible for
providing finger printing services for new employees and building access
cards, and staff photo identification.

Responsible for investigation of criminal activity on school grounds
at their assigned high school, and overall support to the District security
effort as needed.

Responsible for observing and reporting on activities at school sites
during non-school hours to security administrators. Respond to needs of
district staff regarding damage to property, alarm issues, and after-hour
security issues. Provide security at the district administration building
as staff members enter in the morning and leave in the evening. Provide
security board meetings.
