Express Before/After-School Program Options
(Grades K - 6)

Our before school program provides a calm transition into the school day. A variety of self-directed activities are offered including craft projects, board games, building, and quiet time for reading and waking up. A school-sponsored breakfast program is offered at most Express locations.

In the after school program, children have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities including art, craft projects, games, science projects, dramatic play, outdoor time and reading. All of these activities are designed to support the school-day curriculum. A nutritious snack is offered as part of our program. Homework time and assistance is available every day as well as an opportunity to relax and just play.

• Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) (if not filled out previously for Express)
• Medication Request Form (if applicable)

You must also complete an online registration OR the following three forms:

• Child Care Enrollment Form
• Emergency Medical Information
• Before/After School Express Billing Contract

*Online: Upon completion of online registration you will receive a pre-confirmation e-mail requesting you to print off the online signature page and Certificate of Immunization Status and mail it to Express with your $50 registration fee per child.  Once we receive everything your spot in Express will be reserved.

State Assistance: If you receive state assistance, you also need to contact your case worker. We need the state assistance authorization number before we can process your registration and reserve your spot.

Expected Start Date: Please note that their is a two day processing period to ensure that all of your paperwork has been properly processed and that your requested Express location is prepared for your child(ren)'s arrival, including adequate staffing, medical information, emergency contact information, etc.

Rates: Rates are billed on a monthly basis. Minimum enrollment is two (2) sessions per program per week. There is no hourly rate. Payment is due by the 10th of the current month being utilized. There is no grace period.
