Note also that to ensure proper student safety, staffing ratios and licensing requirements we must have your complete registration, including DSHS authorization, if applicable, a MINIMUM OF TWO FULL BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE YOUR FIRST DAY OF CHILDCARE. Your child's enrollment in Express must be completed and submitted to the Express billing office, at
200 N. Bernard Street, 2nd floor, with payment of the registration fee, two business days prior to attending. This gives the Express staff time to prepare for your child's first day, making sure all critical information, including persons authorized to pick up your child, is at the site.
