Pre-Service Orientation (PSO)

All members are required to attend a Pre-Service Orientation (PSO) at the beginning of their term of service. This is a valuable time to begin building connections with your team members and other AmeriCorps members across the state. Activities include team building exercises, tips on how to work with children, workshops on understanding poverty, and initial Ready*Corps training. Our PSO was 3 days at Central Washington University in Ellensburg.
