1. DVR  short term
    go through Community Rehabilitation Program, CRP
    Offers Employment

    If long term support is needed then go to DDD
    go through County Program
    offers ISE, GSE, SI, CA

2. DDD  long term with a waiting list
    go through the County program
    offers ISE, GSE, SE, CA

3. DDD/CO Transition  long term with limited funding and capacity
    go through the County program
    Offers ISE , GSE, SI, CA
