The Assessment & Program Evaluation
Department of Spokane Public Schools is responsible for the
training, distribution, collection, and analysis of testing
measures across the district. State mandated assessments
include Second grade Running Records, Iowa Test of Basic Skills
(ITBS), Iowa Test of Educational Development (ITED) and Washington
Assessment of Student Learning (WASL). District mandated
tests include Running Records, Qualifying Foundations, and
ITBS.
It is our goal to provide the teaching staff of the district
with assessment data enabling them to guide their instruction
to help students achieve their maximum potential. |
