Technology and Information Services (TIS)
is a service and support organization for district schools
and departments. TIS provides technical systems support
and problem solving assistance within the framework of the
educational needs of the district. TIS has responsibility
for providing services to the district. |

and operation of the SunGard Bi-Tech Payroll / Human Resources
and Financial System titled Integrated Fund Accounting System (IFAS).

and operation of the Pearson Education Student Information System
known as SASI.

and related processes.

TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT CENTER

Responsible for providing technical
support, installation, maintenance, problem determination
and resolution for all microcomputer software and hardware.
Support and management of building local-area-networks and
district wide-area-network, Internet and Intranet. Technical
support is provided on-site and via telephone through the
ITSC "Help Desk".

problem resolution, trouble reporting, and general assistance

PRINTING &
MAIL SERVICES

Provides district-wide full service printing, graphics and mail services.
Supporting graphic design, computer page layout, bindery facilities
and digital and offset printing. The Print Shop can also provide
support for most specialty order items. Other responsibilities
include mail services, and coordination of distribution of
elementary science kits and human growth and development kits.
