Remembering Marissa Droke

It is with great sadness that we share with you that Marissa Droke, a kindergarten student here at Audubon Elementary, died suddenly. Marissa had a bicycle accident this past week and, tragically, she did not recover.  Marissa was a wonderful little girl, who will be greatly missed by classmates, staff, and our Audubon families.

Our Kindergarten playground fence will serve as a memorial site and celebration of Marissa’s life.  Please look for this visual display this week.  A bench in our kindergarten playground will also be dedicated to her memory.
