2008 LC AP EXAM SCHEDULE

These are the exams that will be proctored by LC and  administered at the WSU River Point Campus (click here for a campus map of our testing rooms). If you are taking a test that is not listed, please visit the Business Office for details.

Parking is NOT free at WSU. We will be giving parking information closer to the testing dates. We suggest that students carpool to reduce the cost for parking (approx. $1 per car/test).

Testing begins promptly at the stated time. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to be seated and ready. Late students will not be admitted to the test.

Your AP grades are reported in July to your college (upon your authorization) and your school.  If you choose not to submit your AP test results to your school, you may suppress that grade or cancel it entirely.

Except for AP World History, LC will not be providing transportation for the AP Exams.  Transportation is the responsibility of the Parent/Guardian or you, the student.  If you transport yourself, you must complete the form, Parent/Guardian Elective Course or Program Student Transportation Agreement and return it with the AP Exam registration.  YOU CANNOT TRANSPORT YOURSELF WITHOUT THIS AGREEMENT ON FILE.

Please take your registration receipt with you to the test site.

Suggestions for Success:

1.       Do not stay up late and cram the night before the test, relax - you have prepared for an entire year. Getting a good night’s sleep is worth more than a few hours of crazed studying.

2.      Eat a good breakfast and drink plenty of fluids to stay energized. You will have an opportunity to eat snacks that you bring during the break, but you cannot eat during the test.

3.      Electronic devices (phones, Ipods, etc.) are not allowed during the test. Either leave them at home, or be prepared to turn them in as you walk in the door.

4.      The buildings are climate controlled, so it might get chilly in the room. Bring a sweatshirt in case you get cold.

5.      Space is limited in the testing rooms; so if possible, do not bring your backpacks. Due to test security, you will not have access to your backpack during the testing period.

6.      Bring a watch (not on your cell phone) to help you gauge your time.

7.      Bring extra supplies – pens (blue or black) and pencils (no. 2).

8.      If you have a sporting event or other commitment after the test, please be aware that we cannot release you until the testing period is official over (even if you finish your test early). Generally, morning tests will end no sooner than 11:30 and afternoon tests around 3:30.
