WORK CREDIT

 

Students can receive an additional school credit if they are or have been enrolled in CO-OP and have a job outside the school day.


*Get out after 4th, 5th or 6th period, depending on when the student wants to go to work

*Receive help in finding a job OR keep and find their own job (any legitimate job)

*Must work 180 hours per ½ credit

*Must complete all necessary paperwork

*Can earn the hours through paid employment or non-paid volunteer work

 

Mrs. Weiler has placed students in a variety of jobs including: Insurance Companies, Attorney Firms, Architecture Firms, Doctor’s Offices, Banks, Spokane Public Schools Administrative Offices, Medical Facilities, Retail Stores, and Fast Food Establishments
