Mission Statement

The LC coaches are committed to creating an atmosphere and environment where each individual student-athlete has an opportunity to achieve excellence in their athletic pursuits and individual and team development, while still enjoying the summer with family and friends!  Please feel free to contact any of us if you have any questions or concerns.

Strength, Speed, and Agility Camp

The LC coaches encourage ALL TIGER 2007-2008 student-athletes in grades 9-12 who want to improve their strength, quickness, agility, and athletic ability to attend this camp!

The primary goal of the Strength, Speed, and Agility Camp is to help enhance athleticism of all athletes and not develop specific weightlifters.  During this camp, technique will be emphasized more than heavy weight lifting, and all instructors will demand proper lift performance without worrying about lift amount.  There is also a structured agility program which emphasizes coordination and quickness, which is completed on a daily basis.  It is a great school-wide program and one we are extremely proud of at LC.  If you attend our summer conditioning program at Hart Field, this program will be taught in a relaxed and fun environment by coaches from a number of different sports.  We are all firm believers in all high school athletes having the opportunity to compete in more than one sport during the school year and this program enhances that belief.  If you or your parents have any questions please contact us!
