     The ESL File Cabinet and My English Language Learning Site are  research based websites produced specifically to help secondary school ESL students and teachers.  Feel free to use these sites, but please send comments for continual improvement.  These sites are maintained by Frank Newman, an ESL teacher for Spokane Public Schools.  We are located in Spokane, Washington, USA.

This site is designed to offer ESL teachers a place to LEARN, DISCUSS and COLLABORATE online.  Teachers who sign in and actively participate in site activities will be given free "class space" on MyELLSite. 

This site offers ESL/ELL students a place to learn online.  It contains most of the "old" ESL File Cabinet materials.
