Congratulations & Good Luck to DAVID KUSEL

David has qualified to represent Sacajawea and and participate in the state level of the National Geographic Bee,  The state Bee will be held on Friday, March 30, 2012, at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma. 
 

On Monday, March 19th,  all Spokane MESA programs competed in the annual engineering competition at Gonzaga University. 44 teams competed by building a windmill that could lift a mass as well as move a small toy car. Sacajawea's team of Amanda Rawlins, Clara Movarec, Peyton Hockett and Courtney Smith took 11th place in the in the car competition. Jaden Young, Alyssa Baheza and Joanna Phan won 4th place in the academic display competition and the team of Kahlil Wilson Moore and Jose Guerrero took 9th place over all. Mrs. Smith is very proud of the accomplishments of all 7 Sacajwea teams! Way to to T-Birds!

 
 
Congratulations to our Music Department for their recent achievements at the Eastern Washington Music Educators Association music festivals.
 
Symphonic Choir received a Superior Rating for their performance at the Large Group Choir Festival held at St. George's School.
