The Career Centers assist all students to explore, plan and prepare for
future occupations uniquely suited to them. The centers have a wealth
of resources and information just waiting for you to discover. Come
and explore the many services provided including:
- up-to-date information about technical and professional employment
opportunities
- self-assessment tools and interest inventories
- successful approaches to resume, job interviews, and job shadow experiences
- national lists and descriptions of universities, colleges and institutes

SAT/ACT/AP Testing
The career centers have information about SAT/ACT/AP testing and preparation.
Students can prepare by using computer resources and attending a workshop.

Career Planning Folders
A Career Planning Folder is maintained for each student.
The student can record and keep up-to-date information in this folder
such as:
- Class ranking and GPA for each semester
- College entrance test scores
- Personal, school and work interests
- Other interests resulting from interest surveys taken at school
- Plans for education and training beyond high school
- A self-evaluation of basic academic skills and critical work skills
looked for by employers
- Complete four year planning outline
