NEWTech Skill Center

  • The NEWTech Phase II project is just one of many projects that Spokane voters approved by passing the 2015 school bond. The $205 million district-wide plan includes renovations or replacements of four elementary schools, saftey/securtiy and technolgy updates for the entire school district; and building, field or playground improvements for all schools.   • Location:  NTSC was opened in 1981 at 4141 North Regal St., on the corner of Regal and Rich in northeast Spokane. The facility offers advanced technical and professional training. 
    Scope of Work:  Remodel of 10 classrooms, (Culinary, Computer Tech, Graphics, Cosmetology, Engineering, Criminal Justice, 4 classrooms), 5 Labs, (Culinary, Science, Robotics, IMT, Criminal Justice.  The Culinary, Graphics, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Robotics, Computer Labs, and Industrial Manufacturing Training programs will all benefit from this phase of construction that will remodel 34,975 square feet of the existing building.
