The NEWTech Phase II project is just one of many projects that Spokane voters approved by passing the 2015 school bond. The $205 million district-wide plan includes renovations or replacements of four elementary schools, saftey/securtiy and technolgy updates for the entire school district; and building, field or playground improvements for all schools. Location: NTSC was opened in 1981 at 4141 North Regal St., on the corner of Regal and Rich in northeast Spokane. The facility offers advanced technical and professional training.Scope of Work: Remodel of 10 classrooms, (Culinary, Computer Tech, Graphics, Cosmetology, Engineering, Criminal Justice, 4 classrooms), 5 Labs, (Culinary, Science, Robotics, IMT, Criminal Justice.
