2022-23 Express Registration

All forms below are required and may be submitted electronically to ExpressBilling@SpokaneSchools.org or mailed. The $50 registration deposit per family can be invoiced electronically through our invoicing system or mailed to Express Billing. Once we receive and approve all enrollment materials, we will notify you to confirm registration.

• • Step 1: Fill out the Online Registration form for elementary students 5 to 12 years of age enrolled in Spokane Public Schools by clicking the link to your Express Site to the right. Express is not available for 6^th grade students attending middle school for the 2022-23 school year.
  • Step 2: Print and complete the online signature form from the link below and return to Express Billing. Form may be submitted electronically to Express Billing, mailed, or placed in the drop box to the left of the main doors at the district building.

    • Certificate of Immunization Status

To complete the registration process, we must have a medically verified "Certificate of Immunization Status form for Childcare" on file. For auditing purposes, we are only able to accept the forms provided from one of the two options listed below.

• Option 1: Complete the form from the link above in Step 3 with parent/guardian signature and obtain the signature of your healthcare provider.

• Option 2: Create an account with MyIR and provide a copy of your child's immunization records from their system. These records are system verified and do not need the signature of a parent/guardian or healthcare provider.

State Assistance

If you receive state assistance, you also need to contact your case worker. We need the state assistance authorization number at least two business days before your child(ren) can start attending. 

Expected Start Date

Please note that there is a minimum two day processing period to ensure that all of your paperwork has been properly processed and that your requested Express location is prepared for your child(ren)'s arrival, including adequate staffing, medical information, emergency contact information, etc.
