2020-21 Express Registration
Enrollment for the remaining portion of the 2020-21 school year will begin on January 19. Express locations will have varying start dates in February. Due to the current closure of the District Office, we will only be accepting online registrations.
FOR ALL REGISTRATIONS FOR THE 2020-21 SCHOOL YEAR: The State Board of Health recently changed the school and childcare immunization policy to require medically verified immunization records. In order to complete the registration process, an updated "Certificate of Immunization Status for Childcare" report will be required (see Step 2 for CIS Form) and must be medically verified. For auditing purposes we are only able to accept the forms provided from one of the two sites listed below.
Option 1: Complete the form in Step 2 with parent/guardian signature and obtain the signature of your healthcare provider.
Option 2: Create an account with MyIR and provide a copy of your child's immunization records from their system. These records are system verified and only needs the signature of a parent/guardian.
Please Note: Enrollment capacities are now much lower at most of our Express locations. Please do not hesitate to register your child(ren) for care. Future enrollment decisions will be dictated by the registration needs for each school community. As an example, if a large waiting list has been established at a particular site we may be able to advocate for additional space that could allow for additional enrollment.
Due to capacity limitations, initial priority will be given to 5-day-per-week schedules.
- Step 1: Fill out the Online Registration form for K-6th grade by clicking above.
- Step 2: Print and fill out the Online Signature Form, COVID Consent Form, and Certificate of Immunization Status.

The $55 registration deposit per family can be invoiced electronically through our Click-to-Pay system or mailed to Express Billing. Once we receive and approve all enrollment materials, we will notify you to confirm registration.
