- Favorite Ferris memory as a student: hoisting the 3rd Place trophy for Volleyball and Basketball at the state tournament. Favorite memory as a teacher: seeing my DECA students on stage at the state conference and seizing them on stage at DECA Nationals. As a whole school the afternoon we spent when we had the band/carnival on the football field.

- Entering my 23rd year at Ferris, there have been too many to list just one. Some of my favorite memories would include advising the Ferris newspaper in the early 2000s, coaching amazing Ferris debate students during that same time, working and collaborating with talented peers on a variety of different curricular projects over the years, and watching my own children graduate from Ferris.
