Favorite Ferris Memory
- One of my favorite memories is the time I spent with students and other teachers in our World Language Dept. traveling abroad (Costa Rica, Spain). It was amazing to see how our students explored and experienced other cultures: trying new foods, meeting new people, seeing famous monuments, visiting archeological sites and museums, learning about the history of those countries, and most important, making new friends. Also, all “those inspiring moments and unforgettable experiences” from the classroom. I will always remember all of them and cherish them.

Favorite Ferris Memory
- When the new Ferris gym opened for our first CON and the science teachers did a synchronized "dance" while laying on the floor. We had one person holding a giant glass container that had a chemical reaction taking place, creating jumping sparks and fire--well the glass container shattered during the chemical reaction and as the science teachers were synchronized dancing--we had sparks and fire falling all around us on the floor! Total chaos ensued. The students thought it was all part of our show.... :)
