Deontae Johnson was a ProStart culinary student at North Central High School before being accepted into the Youth Culinary Arts Apprenticeship Program. After completing a 2,000 hour apprenticeship at Sunshine Health & Rehab, Deontae took a final written and culinary skills test at NEWTech Skill Center.
