League of Four

The League of Four is the name of Flett Middle School’s House System. The purpose of a House System is to provide every member of the school with a special community where students and staff can build relationships in a fun setting!

Throughout the year students earn points for their House by exhibiting positive behaviors and participating in competitions between the Houses. All staff within the school are also a member of a house. Each year, new students and staff participate in unique House Reveal opportunites to find out which House they will be a member of throughout their time at Flett.

We have four staff who are Head of House. They help guide the League of Four experience for staff and students and are another adult in the school who can connect with and support student. Click on the links on the left hand of this page to learn more about each House.
