  • Secret Snowflakes

    - For the last two weeks before break, friends or parents can purchase secret snowflakes for students.
    $1 - festive holiday postcard

    $5 - Rudolph Hershey bar, candy canes, candy
    Students can purchase during lunches and parents can purchase in the business office beginning Wednesday, the 7th. "Snowflakes" will be delivered during 6th period on Fridays.

  • Tree of Sharing

    - We have a Tree of Sharing up in our office. Please consider stopping in to grab a tag and buy a gift for our Salk families in need. Gifts must be turned in to the office unwrapped by December 12th. We really appreciate your generosity in making our families' holidays brighter.

    - Stephen Friel, the EWU Jazz Studies and Saxophone Instructor, is presenting a big band holiday concert on Friday, November 25th at the Bing Crosby Theater.   • Honor Roll Assembly

    - We'll be celebrating out students who earned a 3.5 gpa or above during second semester last year. This celebration will take place Thursday, September 29th in the gym. 7th graders will gather at 1:45, and 8th graders will gather at 2:40. Parents are welcome to take their kids with them right after the assembly. You should have received an email and/or phone call to let you know your student made the honor roll.
