Dear Families,

It is my privilege to be the Principal at Bemiss Elementary.  At Bemiss, we have a remarkable staff.  Our highly qualified and dedicated team work hard each day to create a safe and engaging learning environment where students are challenged, loved and have fun.  Our goal is to create an environment that promotes high academic achievement and social-emotional learning, preparing students for their dreams. 

A child's school success is highly dependent upon the relationship between home and school.  With your involvement, feedback, and support, we can build a collaborative relationship that will ensure success for all of our students.

Communication between home and school plays a big part in the success of our kids.  We will keep you informed througout the year with our monthly newsletters, flyers, announcements and weekly phone calls home.  Feel free to call with any questions or concerns at 509-354-2300 or come by the school.  We are excited to know you and your children.
