Welcome to Madison!

  • Dear Students, Parents and Community Members,

Welcome to Madison Elementary!  It is with great enthusiasm and pride that I invite you to our Madison community.  I look forward to continuing to foster a partnership with you and will continue to provide the best practices and teachers that Spokane Public Schools has to offer.

Madison Elementary School is one of 34 elementary schools that serves kindergarten through sixth grade students.  Madison also serves two Designed Instruction Classrooms for students with significant special needs and a Developmental Delayed Preschool Program.  Staff at Madison are proud to be able to serve these students and their families.

The Madison Elementary School community is committed to providing "excellence in education."  The staff is very dedicated and committed to prepare students to be successful learners for middle school, high school and to be college and career ready.

When students walk in our door, learning is the primary focus for all students.  We expect our students to be good citizens and respect the learning of other students.  Excellence in education cannot be realized without parents who are recognized as their child's first teacher and our goal is to work closely with you as a team to provide your child with the resources and the skills they need to be productive citizens.

I look forward to partnering with you for a successful school year.  Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have questions, concerns or just want to share ideas as to how we can continue the home school partnership for your child.

    Sincerely,

    Heather Holter, Principal
