    Welcome to Stevens Elementary School! Our staff is thrilled to partner with you to provide our students and your children with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare him/her for a successful future!

    We strive to use the best instructional practices to support your child's learning as they master the Common Core State Standards. Our teachers and support staff work hard toward the goal of ensuring that every Language echild reaches thir greatest and fullest potential in every content area. We achieve this through a multi-faceted system of supports approach in English Language Arts, Mathematics, English Language Developmemt and Social Emotional Learning, utiliziang curriculum that is aligned to standards as the vehicle and thein credible expertise of our teachers and support staff, as the drivers.

    We believe parent involvement and partnership is critical in supporting students at Stevens Elementary and is vital to our continued success. I strongly encourage you to become a partner with Stevens and connect with me and your child's teacher on a regular basis.     This is an interesting time for education, but we encourage you to stay as involved as possible in your child's education and in Stevens Elementary. We are committed to keeping you informed during this uncertain time and throughout the school year. 

    Communication is very important to us. Families will receive regular communication from Stevens Elementary through newsletters, our social media page (follow us on Facebook) the Peachjar App (our automated phone call system) and Blackboard messaging (texts and emails) regarding school updates and programs. Please keep our office aware of any changes in your child's  ongtact information to ensure we haved the most up to date information to contact you.

    Please take some time to read through our Student Handbook to learn more about our building policies and procdures. I am exicted about the work ahead. We believe that Stevens is a warm, welcoming, kind, caring, fun and exciting place for your child, teachers, parents and anyone who walks through our door!
