Spokane Public Schools (SPS) serves approximately 29,000 students in 58 schools and strives to provide a dream, access and opportunities for every kid from the PreK classroom to seniors in high school - no matter their background or life experiences.

• Part-time registration (1-2 classes) for 2026-27 is CLOSED.

• Please contact your school counselor if you are interested in adding SVL.

Here are some general things to keep in mind as you get started:

• If you are new to SPS, parents must complete the New Student Registration form before selecting an option school.

• If you are interested in attending one of our option schools, including SVL full-time, or a school outside your neighborhood school boundaries, you will also need to complete the School Registration: 2026-27 | Spokane Public Schools.

• Make sure your student(s) is(are) in compliance with the immunization requirements.
