Partnerships
The collective impact of our partners is critical to our success. The relationships created with caring adults ensure the varied needs of our students are being met.
College & Career Readiness
Community partners have aligned their programs with our T-2-4 goal of every student being prepared for success after high school. Many of our T-2-4 partners provide extra support for students who will be the first in their family to attend college, they promote visits to college campuses, and also provide students with opportunities for hands-on learning in STEM fields and those with an arts focus.

Youth Development & Wellness
Neighborhood-based centers provide snacks, fun and engaging activities, leadership and enrichment opportunities, and help with academics. Some partners offer organized athletics at no or very low cost, and others provide physical activities for children and youth who participate in their afterschool programs.

Mentoring & Tutoring
Trained and committed adults can provide our students an additional supportive relationship and help them navigate life’s challenges. Partners that offer homework help and academic support outside of school time also help students successfully complete classes. Partnering organizations provide a safe place that has tutors, computers, and snacks so students have a place to work on school assignments.

Social Support & Basic Needs
Our food and nutrition partners work to increase students’ access to healthy food, both to feed hungry kids and also to increase the variety of healthy foods students are eating. Sometimes counseling, case management, housing or legal advocacy is offered and referrals are made to help families meet basic needs.
