Complete this form if you are interested in an option school or "choicing" to a school outside your neighborhood school.

If you are new to SPS, you must first complete the New Student Registration Form.

This process allows current students to check their information for accuracy and allows families to update their information.*

A "snapcode" (i.e. a unique password) is required and can be requested by directly contacting your school - they are also working on sending invitation emails to all families throughout the fall
