New ways to engage

Welcome to the new SpokaneSchools.org. The new site has more information and it’s easier to find. Organization and layout is based on user data, feedback, and a need to improve how we tell our story, and incorporates learnings from districts around the country. Quick links on district and school home pages make it easy to navigate to areas of greatest interest. Large images and additional space for news and information provide promotional space to keep families and the community up to date on what is happening in their schools.

School pages have been customized to build on individual school identities while staying consistent to how information is accessed and presented at the district level. Links to all schools and a separate staff area are available at the top of every page.

The website is one of three new digital tools. Each tool is intended to improve the organization, flow, and availability of information students, families, and staff need to keep the school year running smoothly and successfully.

Mobile App & Peachjar

A new mobile app will help families access school notifications, grade alerts, daily attendance, staff contact information, and more. It integrates seamlessly with information on our website, social media channels, and resource portals for learning and connectivity. The app is available for free download on Apple or Android devices.

Peachjar will streamline the flier-distribution process and make it more convenient for families to find and reference information. Peachjar distributes fliers into a virtual backpack that is accessible on a smartphone or computer. All of the information is free for our families to access. That includes newsletters, back-to-school packets, event announcements and other printed materials typically sent home to families.
