The Mighty Pirates basketball game will take place Tuesday, Feb 18th at 3pm in the gym.  Please come support our Mighty Pirate athletes!  This event is a friendly sportsmanship game against the Shadle Mighty Highlanders!  Leadership has spirit packs on sale at the ASB store before school and at both lunches.  The packs are $12 for a short sleeve themed tshirt to wear to the game and the spirit pack items you will use at the game include a Hawaiian fanny pack, a small tie dye bag, sunglasses and colored leis.  If you would like a long sleeve shirt they are $22.  The game is FREE to attend!  Spirit packs are all pre-sale, and will only be on sale through next Monday.  We will distribute them the Friday before the game!

The January ASB Meeting will be held as an executive meeting this month, instead of during ROW time.  The meeting will take place Friday, January 31st at 7am in room N154.  There are only a few items on the agenda.  If you would like an agenda item to be on the January meeting, please submit to the business office no later than Tuesday at noon!

Any current juniors or seniors interested in becoming a class officer for the 2nd semester should contact Mrs. Docterman in N154.  We are looking for a few responsible and committed students who would be willing to step into the role of a class officer.  You would need to take the 0 hour class and be prepared to help your current officers with prom, senior breakfast and fundraising opportunities.  Plus being in leadership will help you develop leadership skills you need to be successful in the future.  Step up and make a difference!

Sophomores and Juniors interested in Running Start, there will be an informational meeting for you and your family on February 19th, 6:30PM in the Auditorium.  Staff from SCC, SFCC and EWU will be presenting.

Girls interested in the STEM field are invited to attend a We-STEM symposium at EWU on March 6 & 7.  If you would like more information about this event, see Mrs. Pemberton

The Executive Women International Scholarship is now available to both male and female junior students.  If you are involved in activities and would like to earn a scholarship, see Mrs. Pemberton (1/27)
