Rogers High School students stand in front of TDLA students in a classroom.

Spanish Readers Club brings together Ruben Trejo Dual Language Academy first graders and Rogers High School students for an hour language learning and fun each week. The high schoolers share their native Spanish language knowledge through games and activities, while younger students strengthen fluency and biliteracy in an immersive setting.

It’s a partnership that benefits everyone involved — way to go, Pirates and Ajolotes! And thanks to Slingshot for helping students connect and learn together.
