Last week, Browne Elementary School recognized students who demonstrated this month’s character trait, Gratitude, with PurposeFULL People Awards. Counselor Nikkita Cochran read nominations and presented certificates to winners with their families invited to attend and celebrate during lunch.
“It’s more than just our school that is proud of you, your parents are proud as well. And then honoring parents too, like ‘Gosh, parents, you’re doing a great job.’”
What a wonderful celebration and reminder of gratitude during the Thanksgiving season. We are grateful for all the students, staff, families and neighbors in the SPS community.
