2026 Evening of Excellence by Spokane Schools

We are grateful to all retirees for their service and dedication to supporting students.

Adams Elementary School principal Beth Nye was also recognized as 2025-26 Spokane Public Schools Principal of the Year.

“This award recognizes leaders who build a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous improvement, who eliminate barriers so every student can thrive, and nurture strong relationships within their school, district, and community,” said Lockwood, noting Nye’s leadership in her community’s transition to a temporary location as their school is rebuilt.
