"Good scientists test their ideas.”

Head into Katie Sofio’s science class at Regal Elementary with second grader Zoey to solve a science mystery: How does water affect the land?

Students hypothesized how a light rain (water from a spray bottle), a downpour (a dropper), and a flood (a cup) would impact types of land made of different kinds of material – sand, dirt, and gravel. What a great lesson to help students stay curious about the world around us!
