SPS has a new volunteer application process.
All current and new volunteers must complete the new application online. Raptor is NOT mobile friendly, so they need to register on a laptop or desktop.

All volunteers will need to re-apply yearly on the anniversary of their approval date. Volunteers will receive an email from Raptortech.com 30 days before they expire reminding them to re-apply, and again 15 days later if they haven't yet re-applied. Volunteers who try to re-apply before that 30-day reminder will be stopped at step 2 of the application with a message they are still active and can re-apply on a certain date.
