Ferris High School hosted Science on the South Hill on May 22, 2025, inviting families and kids of all ages to the school commons where local universities and area health care organizations set up booths and displays with hands-on activities.
Kids could learn CPR, try out some of the equipment used in a physical therapy office, walk through a giant inflatable colon, look at bacteria through a microscope, look at a dissected pig, and much more.
Ferris students helped lead elementary-aged students as everyone came together as a community to celebrate health sciences.
