FREE Sports Physicals! 🩺🏈⚾️
The NATIVE Project will be on-site at Flett Middle School on Tuesday, August 25th from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with their Mobile Unit providing FREE sports physicals! Walk-ups are welcome. Students must have a signed Consent to Treat form filled out by a parent/guardian OR a parent/guardian present with them to receive physical.
