In Fall 2024, we partnered with Launch NW to introduce Engage IRL. We wanted every kid, every day, to put down their phones after school and participate in clubs, sports, and the arts in real life.
SPS Executive Director of Athletics and Activities Stephanie Splater shares that the data two years later is clear: Students who are engaged have improved academics, better attendance and fewer behavior issues.
