This is a friendly reminder that registration for the 2026–27 Lewis & Clark High School under-freeway student parking lottery is now open.
Registration will be available from Thursday, July 31 at 3:00 PM through Sunday, August 16 at 5:00 PM. As long as your student is registered during this time frame, they will have the same opportunity to be selected in the lottery. There is no advantage to registering earlier in the registration window.
If your student would like to park in the under-freeway lots this school year, please complete the lottery registration using the link provided below. Registration is required to be included in the drawing.
To complete the registration, you will need:
Parent/Guardian first and last name, email address, and phone number
Student first and last name
Student email address
Student ID number
Student grade level
Please note: Students must have a valid driver's license at the time of the drawing to be eligible.
The parking lottery drawing will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026. Families selected in the lottery will be notified by email and may begin purchasing and picking up their parking passes starting Wednesday, August 19.
Please note: Parking passes must be purchased and picked up by Wednesday, August 26. Any passes that have not been claimed by that date will be forfeited, and an additional drawing will be held to offer those spaces to the next students on the lottery list.

Senior VIP Parking (Lots 1 & 2):
47 spaces available for seniors.
General Parking (Lots 3 & 4):
230 spaces available for students in grades 10–12.
Under-freeway parking passes are $20 for the 2026–27 school year.

CITY OF SPOKANE METERED PARKING PASSES – 2026–27
If you would like to purchase a City of Spokane Metered Parking Pass for your student for the 2026–27 school year, please see the information below.

How it works: Starting August 20, There will be an online form via email to fill out with the needed information (see below). LC will submit your parent/guardian email address to the City of Spokane. The City will email you a link to purchase the All-Day Parking Pass.
Once purchased through the City of Spokane, LC is no longer responsible for the transaction or any parking tickets.

Students who will turn 16 and obtain their driver’s license later in the school year are encouraged to purchase their pass now if they anticipate needing one.
