Today Eastern Washington University (EWU) mens basketball players and coaches visited our school to kick off "Read Like an Eagle". Students who read the required minutes by December 1st will earn a free ticket to an EWU mens basketball game on January 24, 2026.
Students in Grade Kindergarten will meet the goal of reading 50 minutes a week outside the school day for 6 weeks for a total of 300 minutes by December 1.
Students in Grades 1-5 will meet the goal of reading 100 minutes a week outside the school day for 6 weeks for a total of 600 minutes by December 1.
Students should be bringing home reading logs. We have extra in our office if you need them.
